Shipping Policy

Shipping time 

 

Transit Time Domestically

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 9 days.

 

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally take 4 - 22 days in transit. 

 

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours. For orders placed on the weekend, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the postal provider.

 

P.O. Box Shipping
 

​The Vital Co will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

Change of Delivery Address

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct postal address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

Items Out Of Stock

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but occasionally there may be a stock errors and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. If this occurs, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to provide a refund.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and The Vital Co encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to The Vital Co at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Return Policy

The Vital Co, operates returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded for the original purchase price minus shipping cost. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made your original payment. 

 

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
